Job Title: Painting and Decorating Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Painting and Decorating Supervisor to join our team at Kattana Renovation Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate painting and decorating projects
  • Oversee the work of painters and decorators, ensuring high-quality results
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Train or arrange for training of painters and decorators
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities, including preparing production and other reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work under pressure
  • Overtime required
