About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Snakland Inc. as a Cashier. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cashier area.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs are covered by the employer, and we are willing to relocate the right candidate.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced environment.
