Retail Store Manager

Snakland Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Store Operations: Organize and maintain inventory, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration to ensure smooth store operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail required.
