About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Canadian Tire 081. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, and empty trash containers to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a high level of cleanliness and appearance.
  • Debris Removal: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment.
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our cleaning and maintenance goals.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Setting: You will be working in a retail business with relocation costs covered by the employer.
  • Physical Capabilities: You must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: You must be dependable, flexible, and have initiative to succeed in this role.
