Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Specialist to manage our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ethnic cuisine, excellent cooking skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and records
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure seamless service
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of ethnic cuisine, particularly South Indian and East Indian
  • Excellent cooking skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
