About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team at A1 Insulators (2021) Inc. As an Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining insulation in various construction settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Select and apply the appropriate type of insulation required for the job
  • Measure and cut insulation materials to the required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools
  • Apply and secure insulation using various methods, including spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, and taping
  • Fabricate and apply removable insulation pads and covers
  • Estimate costs and materials for insulation projects
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
Work Environment

As an Insulation Specialist, you will work in a variety of construction settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial sites. You will be exposed to dust, odors, and hot temperatures, and will need to be physically fit to perform the demands of the job.
