Job Title: Romanian Data Entry Clerk (Transcriber)

LXT is a leading provider of AI training data, partnering with a global network of contributors to collect and annotate data across multiple modalities. With expertise spanning over 145 countries and coverage for more than 1000 language locales, LXT serves customers worldwide.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Romanian transcriber to join our team. As a transcriber, you will be responsible for converting speeches or recordings into text documents with high accuracy and speed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transcribe audio or video files of various lengths with a high degree of accuracy and within a reasonable timeframe
  • Classify and label data according to defined criteria
  • Meet deadlines and daily KPIs
  • Work up to full-time hours at LXT's secure facility in Mississauga, Ontario or Montreal, Quebec
  • Fluency in Romanian (both spoken and written)
  • Grammar, punctuation, and spelling proficiency in Romanian
  • Highly professional attitude
  • Organized with attention to detail; ability to closely follow instructions, quality standards, and productivity requirements
  • Speed and accuracy
  • High degree of confidentiality required due to sensitive nature of information to be transcribed
  • Passing background checks as required by LXT and its clients prior to commencing employment and ongoing from time-to-time
Requirements:
  • Meet all of LXT's safety and security requirements and protocols, including with respect to COVID-19
  • Work up to full-time hours at LXT's secure facility in Mississauga, Ontario or Montreal, Quebec
  • Be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Fluent in Romanian
Work Conditions:
  • Contract length: 45 days contract extendable to 1 year according to business needs
  • Work from office in Mississauga, Ontario or Montreal, Quebec
  • Full-time (40 Hours per Week) - (8 Hours Per Day/5 days per calendar week) or Part-time (20 Hours Per Week / Flexible working schedule)
