Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Shell Canada. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales floor coordinators and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales floor coordinators to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
  • Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Work Environment: Our retail store is a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service. You will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
