Carpenter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at KRISTHAN CONSTRUCTION INCORPORATED. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials to create structures and fixtures.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites.
  • Supervise and lead other workers on the job site.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments, and outdoors.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
