This is an excellent opportunity for a physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse population while enjoying a great work-life balance in a stunning outdoor setting.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality primary health care services to patients of all ages and stages of health or illness;
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide inpatient care, nursing home care, after-hours access, and emergency department coverage;
- Participate in quality improvement and evaluation activities to enhance patient care and outcomes;
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of patients and families.
- Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS);
- Eligibility for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC);
- Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA);
- Required certifications include ACLS and BCLS.
