Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Allwood Quality Kitchens Ltd.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week with English as the primary language of communication.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Process payroll, including calculating salaries, bonuses, and other benefits.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate accurate and efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Show ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Benefits
