We are currently hiring a Cash Services Manager for Victoria, BC.

Your mission at GardaWorld:

Reporting to the Regional Cash Services Director, you will be in charge of the cash processing team within our Cash Services Division. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the work of your team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan, organize, direct, and control the processing activities of the counting room
* Maintain and improve the quality, profitability, and safety of the services offered and respect production schedules
* Provide direction for the execution of the sector's activities
* Manage expenses according to the budget, both labor and current expenses
* Conduct investigations, as required, in collaboration with internal or external agencies to determine the causes of off-balance and claims
* Participate in the hiring plan for new staff and provide ongoing training to meet workforce needs
