Your mission at GardaWorld:

As a Cash Vault Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading the cash processing team within our Cash Services Division. Your daily tasks will include planning, organizing, and managing the work of your team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct the processing activities of the counting room
  • Maintain and improve the quality, profitability, and safety of the services offered
  • Provide direction for the execution of the sector's activities
  • Manage expenses according to the budget
  • Conduct investigations to determine the causes of off-balance and claims
  • Participate in the hiring plan and provide ongoing training to meet workforce needs
  • Participate in the disciplinary or grievance process
  • Follow-up on the productivity of the different sub-sectors of the department
  • Implement action plans to achieve productivity objectives
  • Participate in all process optimization initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of management experience in a unionized environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Health and Safety management experience
  • Cash processing experience an asset
  • Working knowledge of Workers Compensation reporting process
  • Driven by offering exceptional customer service
  • Sense of urgency, outstanding communication, and problem-solving
  • Strong teamwork and partnership orientation
