Key responsibilities include:

Develop and sustain proprietary investment business in the assigned market area by:

• Conducting in-depth reviews for assigned clients, including retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and estate planning, utilizing financial planning skills and tools to support clients' financial goals.

• Exhibiting a natural curiosity to uncover and solve for clients' needs, delivering trusted financial advice to clients regarding their investments and retirement planning.

• Demonstrating self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset when identifying clients' needs to craft personalized financial strategies and solutions.

• Fostering strong engagement, educating clients, offering insights, and delivering expert advice.

• Exercising a collaborative approach when dealing with peers, clients, and partners.

• Building relationships, focusing on providing a great client experience, and growing long-standing relationships with existing clients.

Do you have the skills to succeed in this role?

We're looking for individuals with experience in financial planning and investment sales, preferably with the Personal Financial Planning (PFP) designation or the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable about competitive offerings, market trends, economic conditions, and the regulatory environment.
