About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Portfolio Management Professional to join our team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a Senior Administrative Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring seamless account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze clients' accounts to recommend business opportunities tailored to their needs, leveraging your expertise in portfolio management and financial planning.
  • Ensure administrative tasks related to account management are completed efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Coordinate the organization of seminars for clients, developing engaging content that resonates with their interests and goals.
  • Participate in financial planning meetings for clients, prepare comprehensive files, and ensure follow-up and subsequent steps are taken.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and coaching for new team members, fostering a culture of growth and development within the organization.
