About Our Practice:

Located in the heart of North York, our dental practice is dedicated to providing personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment. We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We require the ability to perform advanced dental procedures such as extractions and implants.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients to support their ongoing dental care needs.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Guide patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with new techniques and best practices in dentistry to continuously improve your skills.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records for each patient while ensuring confidentiality and adhering to dental regulations.
  • We require a flexible schedule, including Monday - Saturday (minimum 2 Saturdays per month).
  • This part-time role offers potential for expansion to full-time hours based on availability and fit.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited dental school.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with proven ability to perform basic exams, restorative procedures, extractions, and endodontics.
  • Competence in performing or willingness to learn advanced dental procedures.
  • Familiarity with, or enthusiasm for, working with the latest dental technologies and practices.
  • A detail-oriented approach to data entry and patient documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Demonstrated adherence to confidentiality and regulatory guidelines within dental practices.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, to ensure you receive fair compensation for your expertise and dedication.
