About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Proposal Writer/Coordinator to support our client's business proposal efforts for Quebec Government RFPs. You will analyze RFP requirements, coordinate responses, and validate final submissions to ensure compliance. This role focuses on business (not legal) proposals for procurement departments in large corporations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze Quebec Government RFP documents and extract mandatory requirements.
  • Share requirements with internal teams and coordinate proposal responses.
  • Validate final proposals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Edit and organize business proposals while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and archive proposal documents.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with Quebec Government RFPs and business proposal processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement in large corporations is a plus.
