About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Insulation Supervisor to join our team at Singh Insulation Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit production and other reports to management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of insulators, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Activity Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities, including project planning, resource allocation, and task assignment.
  • Staffing and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, as well as arrange for ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and maintain machines and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, ensuring accurate understanding of project requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
