About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Insulation Supervisor to join our team at Singh Insulation Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit production reports to management on a regular basis.
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and train a team of insulators to ensure high-quality workmanship.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Project Management
    • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
    • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate installation.
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Recruit and hire qualified insulators to join our team.
    • Coordinate staffing actions to ensure adequate personnel for projects.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
