About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Les Jardins de la Noblesse. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of hallways, floors, and stairs.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Make minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair.

Work Environment:

You will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Dependability, organized, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
