About the Role:
The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora ambassador, embodying the brand's passion and culture. As a key member of the team, you will take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and coaching a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embody the store culture, fostering a team environment where members shine as extraordinary brand ambassadors.
- Build genuine connections with customers, exceeding individual and store sales goals.
- Soar beyond commercial targets and KPIs expectations, setting new records and achieving remarkable success.
- Create unforgettable shopping moments, displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
- Craft a high-performing sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance.
- Build a network of talented individuals, inspiring them to join Pandora across seasonal and core hiring.
- Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resource team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
- Drive business growth, leveraging talent, brand, operations, and fan experience to guarantee timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.
Requirements:
- Results-oriented leader with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
- Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
- At least 18 years or older, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
