Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Consultant to join our Managed Services Operations (MSO) team. As an Associate Consultant, you will work directly with our clients and colleagues to support the administration, utilization, and development of our CPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in the implementation and support of CPM software suites
  • Work with a diverse client base across multiple departments, including finance, accounting, and IT
  • Collaborate with colleagues on project development and deployment tasks
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, including company operations, marketing, and IT
Requirements
  • Completed post-secondary education program in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, business administration, or IT
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, critical thinking, problem solving, negotiating, and customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Strong foundation in finance and accounting terminology, processes, and requirements
  • Understanding of IT terminology, processes, and requirements
  • General aptitude with business software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with Oracle EPM software and/or comparable products
  • Completed post-secondary education program in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, business administration, or IT
  • Interest in additional education, such as CPA, CFA, CAPM, PMP, or software certifications
