Our consultants engage with numerous submarkets and hotels, interacting with industry professionals who share a passion for this field. Each day brings new challenges, complemented by comprehensive training and ongoing education in appraisal courses at UBC. The core of our business revolves around market studies, feasibility assessments, and appraisals (valuations), and we provide thorough training for new associates to craft credible analyses and reports that substantiate our findings. This role is ideal for recent graduates with hotel accounting experience seeking a transformative career shift.

Desired Qualifications: Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of six months of experience in the hotel sector. We seek self-motivated individuals who aspire to build a career with opportunities for growth and thrive in a multicultural environment. Candidates with backgrounds as Hotel Revenue Managers or in Hotel Accounting, as well as other hospitality professionals with a numerical inclination, are also encouraged to consider this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts for income and expenses.

• Prepare appraisals, market studies, feasibility reports, and consulting documents.

• Utilize HVS models for analytical purposes.

• Execute fieldwork and property evaluations as required.

• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

• Willingness to travel, primarily to local markets.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.

• Advanced skills in Excel, along with experience in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

• Demonstrated work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.

• A valid driver's license is required.
