About This Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Success efforts. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our most valuable customers. Your goal will be to help these customers achieve their strategic business objectives through effective partnership and guidance.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and address their business needs and pain points;
  • Develop and implement tailored customer success plans to drive growth and retention;
  • Maintain open lines of communication with customers, addressing concerns and celebrating successes;
The Ideal Candidate
  • At least 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B/Enterprise SaaS environments;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders;
  • Proven track record of driving growth, retention, and customer satisfaction in previous roles;
