Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at DEOL ROAD CARRIER LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing policies, supervising staff, and administering programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and development in industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure effective delivery of business development objectives.
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment, including conducting surveys and analyzing data on consumer buying habits and preferences.
  • Prepare reports, research papers, and educational texts on business development topics.
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials to promote business development initiatives.
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia to promote business development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent work term.
  • 35-40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
