  1. Job Summary

    • Lead the culinary team in a fast-paced food service environment at SAINATH FOOD LTD.



  2. Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate food preparation and portioning activities to ensure timely and efficient service.
    • Develop and execute training programs for staff members to enhance their job skills, sanitation, and safety practices.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
    • Oversee the assembly and quality control of food trays to meet company standards.



  3. Additional Responsibilities

    • Promote a culture of inclusion and diversity within the culinary team.
    • Support the recruitment and onboarding of staff members, including those with disabilities, and provide resources for their integration into the team.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.



  4. Requirements

    • Will train candidates with the necessary skills and qualifications.



  5. Social Responsibility

    • Supports and participates in community programs and initiatives that benefit persons with disabilities, newcomers, and Indigenous peoples.
