Customer Support Specialist

Role Summary: As an Operations Team Member at Enercare Inc., you will play a crucial role in optimizing our area field staff resources to meet customer demands. You will work closely with our team to ensure that corporate goals are met through best-in-class service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Salary: This role falls within the UNIFOR Clerical Range 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize daily schedules by streamlining board set-up, leveraging rescheduling tools, and managing Technician availability to drive productivity and meet monthly maintenance numbers.
- Proactively manage chargeable calls, validate chargeable calls identified, and reconcile Service transactions to ensure accurate billing and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to minimize delays, maximize technician utilization, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication.
- Collaborate with the Field Manager to resolve customer escalations, develop creative solutions to complex problems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and interpret forecast and incoming-demand data to inform strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records, update system databases, and prepare reports as required to support business intelligence and decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure compliance and excellence in all aspects of the role.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment by demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements:
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively use ClickSchedule, GERS, Clarify, and MS Office software programs.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working well under pressure, understanding various business processes, and making informed decisions.
- Grade 12 education; post-secondary education is an asset.
