**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Surgical Services Program Coordinator to join our team at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Central Intake and Assessment Centre (CIAC) and its team of Advanced Practice Clinicians.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the CIAC team with data compilation and entry
  • Provide administrative assistance with Novari Erequest, Fluency software, and OTN booking
  • Assist with multitasking and working independently
  • Take direction from multiple Advanced Practice Clinicians
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

**Requirements:**

  • Completed secondary school
  • Post-secondary diploma/certificate in Office Administration/Medical Office Administration or equivalent
  • Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in Novari Erequest, Fluency software, and OTN booking
