Job DescriptionThe Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our people strategy, driving organizational development, and enhancing our workplace culture. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily HR operations, including HRIS administration and payroll
- Coordinating disability and workers' compensation claims
- Developing and implementing occupational safety and health programs
- Providing guidance on labour/employee relations and collective agreements
- Overseeing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and policy compliance
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Education in Human Resources or a related field
- At least three years of progressive HR experience and one year of management/supervisory experience
- Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is an asset
- Experience with ADP HR/Benefit and Workforce programs is an asset
