Job Title: Pega Lead Software Engineer, Operations

You are a seasoned software engineer with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions using the Pega Platform. As a Pega Lead Software Engineer, Operations, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our Pega applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, security, and reliability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of Pega applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, security, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop technical solutions, and implement changes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring that all code meets the highest standards of quality, security, and maintainability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega Platform features and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our applications and processes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Pega Platform.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Java, SQL, and Linux.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
