Job Summary
CSTU is seeking a highly skilled Lifeguard to join our team at the Ulluriaq Rehabilitation Centre for Youth with Disabilities in Montreal. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and staff at the pool.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the use of the pool and ensure that all users follow the rules and regulations
- Provide first aid and emergency response in the event of an incident or accident
- Maintain the pool equipment and facilities in good condition
- Perform other tasks related to the maintenance of the pool
Requirements
- Hold a valid lifeguard certification from a recognized organization
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Be fluent in English and have a good understanding of Inuktitut (an asset)
- Have a valid resuscitation certificate
