We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC Agent to join our team at Vaughan Chrysler. As a BDC Agent, you will play a critical role in engaging with customers, promoting maintenance services, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote maintenance services and other applicable services.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications to schedule service appointments and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to departmental scorecards to meet Dilawri and OEM quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
• Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and features to provide expert advice to customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, internal teams, and company leadership.
• Perform other tasks as required by management.

Qualifications:

• Two years of experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.
• Automotive call center experience is considered an asset.
• Experience as an Appointment Coordinator, Service Advisor, or Parts Advisor is considered an asset.
• Strong telephone skills and a friendly, cooperative attitude are essential.
• Ability to perform basic math and work in a team environment.
• Excellent attendance habits and a presentable work attire are required.
• Effective written and oral communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and bring them to completion.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Organizational ability and attention to detail are essential.
• Secondary School Diploma is required.

Work Schedule:

• Two weeks of Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.
• One week with a Saturday shift, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with a day off during the week.
