About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC Agent to join our team at Vaughan Chrysler. As a key member of our Service Department, you will play a vital role in engaging with customers, promoting maintenance services, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing customers to promote maintenance services and other applicable services.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with Service Department customers to schedule service appointments.
  • Adhere to departmental scorecards to ensure quality expectations are met.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and adhere to a professional appearance.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and features.
  • Develop professional relationships with customers, internal staff, and company leadership.
  • Perform other tasks as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Two years' experience in Customer Service or a related field.
  • Automotive call-centre experience or equivalent.
  • Strong telephone skills and a friendly, cooperative attitude.
  • Ability to perform basic math and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent attendance habits and a presentable work attire.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of problems and remain calm under pressure.
  • Secondary School Diploma.

Work Schedule:

Alternating shift times, including Monday to Friday and one week with a Saturday shift. Competitive pay, monthly uncapped bonus, and benefits package available.
