Fertilizer Growth Manager for Southwestern Saskatchewan

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our bulk fertilizer strategy, build relationships with manufacturing partners, and shape the future of our Ag retail business.
About Hawk's AgroHawk's Agro is a proud locally owned and operated independent agriculture crop input retailer with seven locations throughout Southwestern Saskatchewan. Our strong business is built on friendly, trustworthy service and loyal, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage Hawk's Agro and partners' bulk fertilizer strategy, including forecasting, procurement, and communication with retail staff and distribution partners.
- Develop and implement effective forecasting models for bulk fertilizer to support long-term growth and profitability.
- Drive bulk fertilizer sales projections by negotiating with key manufacturers and aligning pricing strategies with sales leaders.
- Foster strong relationships with manufacturing partners, key stakeholders, and the Belle Plaine facility to manage distribution logistics.
- 7-10 years of experience in the agricultural sector, with a focus on crop nutrition or fertilizer management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of fertilizer markets, distribution channels, and sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of successful partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers.
A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
