Tenure-track Faculty Position in Entrepreneurship and SME Management

Université Laval is seeking a tenure-track faculty member in the Department of Management to teach and conduct research in entrepreneurship and SME management.
Responsibilities:- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in entrepreneurship and SME management
- Conduct research and publish in top-tier journals in the field
- Participate in pedagogical and administrative activities of the Management Unit and the Faculty of Business Administration
- Contribute to the visibility of the University and the Faculty through academic activities, off-campus and abroad
- Ph.D. in administrative sciences or a relevant field
- Proven research skills through research grants, contracts, and/or publications in refereed journals
- Demonstrated ability to teach university-level courses
- Ability to teach in French within 3 years of taking up the position
- Ability and interest in teamwork and active campus presence in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment
- Full-time position
- Partial release from teaching for the first year
- Salary based on recognized experience with benefits in accordance with the Collective Agreement in effect at Université Laval
