Master Furniture Artisan

We are seeking an experienced production upholsterer to join our team at Julien Beaudoin Ltee. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for laying out, cutting, fabricating and installing upholstery on various furniture pieces.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the field and possess excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Lay out and cut upholstery materials according to specifications
• Fabricate and install upholstery on furniture pieces
• Tack, glue or sew ornamental trim, braids or buttons as required

• 1-2 years of experience in upholstery or related field
• Diploma or certificate in upholstery or related field
• Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and prioritization skills

• Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
