About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented pastry cook to work in our on-site kitchen. As a Master Pastry Artisan, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts, with experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pastry trends and techniques
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a pastry kitchen
  • A Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work on site, with no option for remote work
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
