Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Service Delivery: Explain the type and cost of services offered to customers, ensuring they understand their options.
  • Office Administration: Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and internet-based applications.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, initiative, judgement, ability to multitask, dependability, honesty, and quick learner.
