Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and answer questions, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve situations that may be complex, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
  • Give advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships, driving client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement, meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, upholding high standards of ethics and integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent, demonstrating academic achievement.
  • Customer service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Positive attitude and empathy for clients, building strong relationships.
  • Interest in technology and skilled in sharing knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Ability to adapt to different situations, remaining flexible and responsive to change.
