Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This role will involve scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to team members.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, order materials, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in programs that support social and labour market integration, facilitate access to community resources, and provide mentorship programs.
  • Support for Youths: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participate in programs that support Indigenous people, develop relationships with Indigenous communities, and provide cultural competency training.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in programs that support visible minorities, apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination, and provide diversity and cross-cultural training.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with 32 hours per week. The work language is English.
