Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the serving team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Train new servers on menu knowledge, service standards, and restaurant policies.
  • Manage table assignments and reservations to optimize service flow.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu, including food and drink pairings.
  • Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and build rapport.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Monitor dining area for cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to menu development and service enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
