We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Enterprise Architecture and Modernization practice. As Vice President, Enterprise Architecture and Modernization, you will be responsible for driving our technology transformation vision and associated operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Enterprise Architecture framework that defines principles, standards, and global technology target state reference architectures and patterns for core capabilities.
- Lead a senior team in developing and implementing architecture strategies and best practices across the organization, ensuring technology solutions adhere to security, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee the execution of large-scale modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, data and analytics, AI, and automation.
- Promote Enterprise Architecture as a consultative and problem-solving resource across broad areas of business and IT.
- Provide thought leadership on modernization and emerging technologies, driving innovation and new ways of thinking about complex technical and business challenges.
- 10+ years of experience in end-to-end technology architecture, application support, and deployment, preferably in financial services.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale complex programs at pace, developing high-performing teams to support delivery.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.
