We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technologist to join our team at the Philcan Group Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and conducting production, inventory, and quality assurance programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Design plant layouts and production facilities to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct work measurement studies to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and samples to inform manufacturing decisions.
- Develop and implement manufacturing and processing procedures to ensure high-quality products.
- Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to support business operations.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong background in manufacturing and production processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, project management tools, and computer-aided design (CAD) systems is an asset.
