Job Summary:

This is a casual position that requires providing clerical support to the Protection Services team by performing various duties such as:

  • Liaising with various positions across IH regarding photo identification and access control.
  • Providing service to customers by receiving and processing requests for information and addressing routine customer complaints.
  • Providing reception support by answering telephones, taking messages, and drafting and sending emails.
  • Maintaining departmental filing systems and compiling statistics on card access and photo ID production.
