Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our client's facilities, including offices, warehouses, and other commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment;
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a dust-free atmosphere;
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a tidy appearance;
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria;
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment;
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure that all personal belongings are accounted for;
  • Provide basic information on facilities to visitors and clients to ensure a positive experience;
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment;
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required to maintain a high standard of cleanliness;
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and sparkling appearance;
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license;
  • A clean driving record;
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail;
  • The ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and bend, crouch, or kneel as needed;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
