Job Title: CNC Machine Operator Position

Job Summary:
Wesgar Inc. is a leading supplier of precision sheet metal components and value-added services to customers across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC and manual machines, lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and other equipment.
- Fabricate jigs and fixtures to optimize production efficiency.
- Run and/or set up the CNC machines with the correct speed and feed to achieve optimal results.
- Identify and report any issues with machining tools and equipment.
- Conduct thorough inspections of parts to maintain quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a precision sheet metal environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of $23.00-$28.00.
- 38.75 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, with afternoons from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
