Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Onni Hotel Management DBA OPUS Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and be able to develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Supervise staff and ensure they are working efficiently
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Enforce policies and procedures and address any issues that may arise
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer complaints or concerns
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
