Hotel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Onni Hotel Management DBA OPUS Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets to ensure that the hotel is operating within its financial means.
  • Enforce Policies and Procedures: Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide assistance to clients/guests with special needs.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that the hotel is adequately staffed at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
