Job Description:- To provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to maintain quality control and production records.
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed to prevent any accidents or contamination.
- Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs, including supervising and overseeing growing and other crop-related operations.
- Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform general farm duties as required.
- The Agricultural Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions.
- The role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate and supervise farm staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized and methodical approach to managing day-to-day operations.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
