About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead our financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll provide strategic insights that drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that support our objectives.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes, providing accurate and timely financial recommendations to executive management.
  • Enhance financial reporting and analysis tools, processes, and methodologies to improve forecast accuracy and financial visibility.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for financial optimization and strategic investments.
  • Oversee the FP&A team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • 7 - 9 years experience in a similar role.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven track record in FP&A, ideally within the e-commerce or manufacturing sectors.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a master at turning data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the knack for explaining complex financial information in a clear, concise manner.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. An MBA or CFA would be a plus.
  • Passionate about innovation and excited by the challenge of contributing to a fast-growing company.
